The best BI and customer experience tool available!
The most important thing about this tool was that it helped me to get more data from different sources in one place for analysis purpose as well so I could easily find out what's going wrong with my products or services etc., This software also helps us keep up-to date of our customer information too because we are able collect all their feedbacks through online portal only using biCoins without any human intervention at least till now! But there weren't many features like other BI tools available but if they were then definitely i would have loved them even better than before.
