After using these blue light blocking glasses for a week, I have noticed a significant difference in how my eyes feel after long hours of working on my computer. Based on my experience these glasses help reduce eye strain and headaches. The design is stylish and comfortable to wear for long periods of time .However, THE glasses have a slight yellow tint that may take some getting used to.
