The best part about improv done with our tool was how easily I could update my reports by just clicking one button! It also allowed me access all of my salesforce information at once which helped organize everything in ways we needed it most for reporting purposes.

There were some minor issues such as when adding additional fields (especially custom ones) they would cause errors during runs - this made us have to go back into SFDC manually before rerunning any report until those problems got fixed. Great software overall if your looking for ease or efficiency using Salesforce data while performing weekly/monthly analysis & optimization tasks.- Data Analysis / Optimization,- Automation process- Using multiple tools together can help speed up workflows.
