This hat is the answer I've been looking for on days that are sunny and cold. I'm outside on my farm every day and wear a hat all the time. I love the wool. It looks good and blocks the wind. The brim is long and wide and nicely curved. The (fake) fur in the flap is soft and warm. A great hat for the price for the large headed. It isn't adjustable, so not suitable for smaller headed people. Despite the reviews saying it is large, I figured it would fit me since I have such a big head. (My size 7.5 Tilley brimmed hat is a little tight). It wasn't bad, but did slip a little and had to be frequently adjusted. Today I fixed that problem by wearing a thin cycling / running hat underneath it. This added warmth and enough size / friction to keep the hat firmly in place. Perfect!
