Good. I received it on time and nicely packaged. It was a pleasant surprise to find a 36v inverter as I have many 36v lithium ion scooter batteries at home. This brand has pretty good reviews on other sites and seems to be doing a good job. As an electronics engineer and familiar with power electronics and what can happen when things go wrong, I always open blocks before turning them on. (A few hundred amps available at 36V can wreak havoc!) The device seems much better made than cheap stuff, well built and decent parts. The problem was that the wireless receiver that was added was installed poorly or not at all and ended up tearing a small piece off one of the inverter control boards. (This stuck well to the tape so it was easy to find.) I had to solder the part back into place and ended up rewiring the receiver board much more securely. After it was reassembled I tested it with a 36v battery and a 900w heater. Started great, no problems. I then tested it for the battery voltage ranges I will be using it with. My Li-ion batteries run from 41.5V to 30V. Unfortunately this inverter cuts out at 32V on the low end. It's a little higher than what's listed and it's quite annoying. I hope the seller can contact me and tell me if it can be adjusted properly. Really wouldn't want to return it if it can be avoided. I still like the device and it looks like it can do what I need it for. It's a little better made than Hack and I expected it and paid more for this product. It just needs to be better set (or specified) to dropout levels and much better follow the installation of the remote unit. (Also, the receiver's antenna has been removed, this should improve the range a bit.) Sorry I wasn't able to give a really glowing review, but I hope I've explained why, and want to stress the importance of quality power supplies and careful inspection Avoid crashes. .
