I expected to love this as I normally love frida products, but this didn’t work for me. This may be because I carry so much weight and loose skin in my belly. I had a hard time trying to adjust this by myself, and it just didn’t conform to my body in a way that was comfortable.
- Much better than the recovery bands that the hospital gives you! Soft and well built.
- The hot and cold therapy may not be effective for everyone
