Great for the big Big Green Egg
Very happy with this cast iron lid for my big Big Green Egg. It's cast iron, so if you leave it outside (even covered) it will rust. It's only cast iron. I seasoned them with avocado oil and baked them at 500Β°C for an hour to better protect them from rusting like I do with any cast iron skillet. This is a great hat for grilling in the rain. With the new padding it sits nice and tight without having to worry about it coming loose. I've been using it for about a month. I would buy again.
