I like that you can see your daily sales, and that you can also see how many people are shopping at each of your stores. The fact that you can't check out customers or their purchases is annoying because it makes it hard to track down problems if something goes wrong with an order. Also, sometimes the system will crash. It's a great tool to have, but make sure you know what you're doing when using it. It's very helpful to be able to keep track of your store inventory. It saves us time by not having to manually add items to our database.
