Cute but much larger than expected

These toothbrushes are very cute but too big for a baby's mouth. There is no age range but based on the reviews I thought they would fit my 21 month old. They are more suitable for a child of at least 5 years old. I tried to save money on a trip to Target and let the kids choose their own new toothbrushes. 3 stars for cuteness but now I have to hide them from my daughter.
