I always kept a loofah sponge next to my bath and shower soap. I was told that "SKIN" is a living part of your body. It is constantly growing and erasing old cells. I don't spend a lot of time in my life taking care of myself. Regular use of this product stimulates good skin condition and care. I'm 85 but look younger than my 65 year old neighbors. My skin is shedding all the time and that seems reasonable. I love the rope on this one. I needed the smaller size to fit my hand and cutting it in half had no problem. Both parts are used.
