I like that it is extremely user friendly, which allowed my employees to use this right away without any training needed! The only thing you don't love about 1desk are their customer service reps for support questions or problems they have after using them (which can be frustrating). Also there haven’t been many updates since its release in 2011 so if anything significant were added/changed recently i would recommend waiting until then before buying because of all those changes could make things not work as intended anymore.. The interface is very simple to use, it has some great features like kanban boards that really help organize our work process. I have not found anything bad about this tool so far! It's easy for users who are used to other project management tools. There are no problems or complaints from my side. To be honest, there isn't any problem at all. We're solving almost every issue related to managing tasks in an organized way.
