I already had two sets of ceramic coasters but wanted another one so decided to try these silicone coasters. How do they compare to the ceramics I have? The beautiful embellishments on my ceramic coasters are the first thing that attracted me. They can stain, but can also be cleaned with baking soda and water. They are absorbent and my drinks have never stuck to them. But unfortunately they break and one of my ceramic coasters was broken. These silicone coasters are amazing! The silicone base is non-slip to keep your drinks in place. The felt insert, which can be removed and washed if necessary, is very absorbent and does not stick to the drink. There is no decoration on the stands. Despite their simplicity, they stand out for their exceptional performance. And most importantly, they don't break.
