Review on 🔧 Precision Thread Repair: M10 x 1.25mm x 15mm Thread Kit (3221-M10F) by Lancy Rakesh

I used it twice and part of the working tool which looked like a shank handle came loose. I called Thread Kits and the rep explained the lengthy warranty process by the retailer who would then have to go through the retailer to get some sort of warranty service. A more reputable company would have simply sent me a replacement if their product broke under normal use. I asked if I could just buy the insertion tool and he quoted me a price that was more than the cost of the entire kit including shipping.
