Installed in 2013 Ford F-150 Raptor with Sync3 update. First, let's say that the overall look and packaging is on point. If my USB port was in sight it wouldn't be a pain in the eyes. Installation was a breeze. Start in 5-10 minutes. Sync 3 recognized the device immediately and began pairing. A software update was available and installed, a very simple process. Perfomance. Close but very slow. It takes a whopping 3-5 minutes to fully utilize the program. If I just run to the grocery store, it probably won't be ready when I park. There are weird boxes that appear randomly (pictured). I don't like that I can't control my heated and cooled seats when I'm in CarPlay mode - not the programmer's fault, but maybe in the future? As it is I will continue testing for a few more days but will most likely request a refund.
