You will use this item often

I bought these to replace an old silicone baking roller. It worked well. If you're doing a lot of abs in pie crusts; or shortbread, like me, that's great. I just put plastic wrap over the dough in the pan and roll it out. Works much better than trying to use the bottom of the measuring cup etc.
