My husband is a truck driver and bought his first Blue Parrot headset at a truck stop 5 years ago when he first started driving on the road. He had problems last year but as it had lasted almost 4 years he wanted me to order the exact same thing from Revain. Well, not even close to the quality of the old one. I can even tell a big difference now when I'm on the phone with him, I hear all the noise around me and he cuts out so often too. He asked me if I had ordered a refurbished one as it didn't work properly. Unfortunately we can no longer return, but we will never buy again.
