Update 03/27I was contacted by customer experience and have to say it was a really good experience. they decided to do a reimbursement. Definitely this kind of thing we expect to receive as a customer when things do not go properly.------------------------------------------------I had high expectations for it, but in the end it ended up leaving a lot to be desired when I started integrating it with Alexa and Google voice assistant.On the other hand, the connector has a strange noise when the two white LEDs are on and that is why I did not want to turn it on again.Colors are not accurate, as warm white is very close to a basic white so if you want something with warm white, this is not the option. When I ask for yellow color to Alexa, it turns green and some other colors also present integration failures. I'll keep looking for other options as I need to buy like 160 ft of light strips.
