Clean up. The durable cast iron surface distributes heat quickly and evenly. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be cooked at once by using the surface to cook eggs, bacon/sausage and pancakes at the same time. This picture shows my Camp Chef pan accessory on my two burner Char Broil grill and it fits perfectly into a space of about 1.5 inches in the back to distribute heat across the food. Since the Camp Chef Grease Bowl doesn't attach to my Char Broil grill, I simply used the collapsible cup holder that came with the pan to collect grease from the front grease channel with a discarded soup can. A piece of aluminum foil in the shape of a "V" catches the stream of grease and guides it into the grease container. For quicker and more direct heat from the burners, I also removed and stowed the two burner covers so I don't have to worry about grease dripping onto the gas burners. After the pan has cooled, simply scrape and wipe and/or grab the front-mounted handle and wash. I have not cooked on the grill grate since purchasing this accessory so no messy cleaning!
