Pros: Decent product for the price. Easy installation, do-it-yourself. Looks exactly how I imagined it. Cons: All the bars that attach to the back of the piece are slightly offset, but if you use the included leveler or your own you should raise them pretty straight. I'm not familiar with drywall anchors, but the ones that come are huge and make pretty big holes in the wall. I'm not sure if you can buy anything at a home store or stores that might be smaller, but at least it doesn't bother me at the moment. I do not see her. Overall I'm very happy with mine. I spray painted mine and I'm not very good at painting but when I screwed it to the wall the paint peeled off. So research the color and I'll probably need a setting spray, but I'm not that picky about looks.
