Extremely Inaccurate: Electrical

Received today. Plugged it in and it read 119. We checked the outlet with a professional volt meter and it read 123.5, which we already knew was correct. We experienced a massive power surge after 2 lightning strikes and the utility regulator had to be replaced. After a busy weekend of power outages to avoid repeated surge damage, we decided to purchase a plug-in module to provide continuous visual display. We also bought a Hughes plug-in and it matched our pro meter. Sometimes the cheapening means you get what you paid for.
