99% whipped cream is misleading

I love this fluffy popcorn, it makes great popcorn at a great price. However, "up to 99% of cores popped" is somewhat misleading. Many kernels are thrown away when the corn pops, so technically they didn't have a chance to pop out and could be put back in, but up to half the kernels are wasted if the corn is thrown away prematurely.
