[Update my review] The seller contacted me regarding the bag I received so I explained what was wrong and sent some photos. The seller understood well why I was not satisfied with this purchase and offered to send me a replacement. It was very easy to talk to them and find a quick solution. The replacement arrived in less than 1 week with a small handwritten note it's beautiful and I love it. I am very happy with their excellent customer service and the replacement I received (1st picture from left). 1 M bag in total, not 15x10 inches as shown, actual size is about 17x10 inches as in description. wrong and unsatisfied, they always find solutions to make customers happy. [Previous Review] The size is much larger than I thought based on the web description. Also, the shape is ruined. I don't want to pay $40 for it so I'm going to return it.
