Fits my purpose

I needed a small portable laptop desk for the home that wouldn't take up much space (we don't have a lot of space). That fits the bill. There are a couple of issues though - I had to remove the front "bumper" as it killed my wrist when I tried to use the mouse. It was easy to unscrew with a Phillips screwdriver - I saved it in case I needed to reattach it. Also, I don't use the dedicated space for my mouse for the same reason, it has a lip around it (wish it was all on the same table, not separate). That would be fine if I was ill and using it in bed and had to tip it, but that's not the case. I would also have liked it to be a bit wider. It adjusts perfectly and I can pull it towards me while sitting in my chair in the living room, so it works very well. Took a little longer to assemble, my husband helped, but we still managed to get a piece back to front and had to do it all over again (we're not very techy in this house - lol - we try our best). It's also durable - I've had no problems with it tipping over. I have a small lantern that I fixed outside. It would be nice if it was built in. I unplug it from my laptop. I also wish it had a place to prop the laptop or something so it doesn't get that hot. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it. I have white birch and I really like the lighter color. To the left and to the side, I place my 17-inch laptop, mouse, phone on a stand, and a drink. I use a dedicated mouse area for other things I might need during the day including a small notepad, TV remote, Kindle, etc.
