Front and rear shifters removed

I received these 6 months ago and my Healing Switch pin actually fell out of the serration. Then the following week my front (toe) shift pedal did the same. And I barely got my bike home. I wonder if you will make a free replacement. I haven't had any problems with the brakes yet.
