PointNAP is efficient and effective tool in managing projects
The ability that it provides me with access from any place at anytime allows for easy work flow during my day-to-day tasks as an Assistant Director/IT Manager overseeing several divisions within our organization's network infrastructure management department (iDMN). I have no complaints with this software other than minor issues such has occasional crashes or slow response time when accessing files via cloud storage sites like Google Drive etc.. When using multiple devices all connected through VPN we are able use pointnap effectively!
Pros
- PointNAP is relatively simple to learn, however most complex functionality can be acquired by taking advantage learning resources offered
- It offers great flexibility allowing you freedom in how each user will utilize their account
Cons
- Good but not great
