Worked great with a slight modification
It holds the router very well and I had no issues with it except I had to make a small cut in the round part that holds the wall plug as my outlets are installed in the basement horizontally compared to . vertical. All I had to do was take a small hacksaw and cut out a spot where the cable came out 90 degrees to the side, after which I could rotate the wall connector.
