I think the most important thing for me is the convenience of a utensil to do so much.

My friend had one, when I visited her I asked where she got it. She wore it for so long she couldn't figure out where she got it from. She surprised me for Christmas and sent me one. I love, I love to cook and cook a lot of ribs. It's perfect for her. I know I'll find all kinds of food to use it with. I can't wait to try it in a deep fryer, I definitely find it easier to flip meat and veggies.
