This is my first time using reed diffusers so there is nothing that can compare to their effectiveness but I can say I am very satisfied. They subtly absorb odors in the air and appear to work as intended. I mixed my own fragrance oil (again for the first time) and am happy with the result. Black goes well with my decor and I plan to put more diffusers around the house. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed and I wasn't able to use them at the planned dinner which was a shame but a smaller 'gift' pack of assorted walking sticks was included with my order which made up for it.
