
I like it. I'm very picky about my powders. Has the right to sweetness. I chill small portions and mix them with yogurt before serving. That is satisfactory. As long as I don't get constipated. I mix with lactose-free milk, although the instructions say water. Mixing takes longer than Vegan1. I was satisfied with the ingredients and the label. I couldn't punish them online or here. I look for foods that are high in protein, low in fat, low in carbohydrates, low in sugar and minimal in sweeteners with an aftertaste.
