MAC users should not buy these
Right out of the box, this device did not work with the latest (June 27th) version of MAC OS. I have contacted support. I was told that the update will be available sometime in August. In August, they said the release would be available in September. Your update is not here since 09/12/19. Meanwhile, MAC has updated its operating system again. (By the way, the tech support chat operator was blunt about Kingston being a "PC-centric company". Keep up the MAC updates and eventually this drive won't be supported at all, so you'll have to buy a new one. Fine with me Happened to me on a previous purchase, I've never had this problem with any other safe I hope to be able to use this drive for a while, knowing that eventually I'll have to switch to another device.
