Picky and unreliable = frustration and sweat

Downgraded to one star In November 2020, during the construction of our new home, we ordered 2 WAC ceiling fans for our screened in back porch. At first the ceiling fans worked, about two months ago when the temperature got warmer and we needed fans the problems started. Somehow they were out of sync with one in summer mode and one in winter mode. Re-pairing did not fix the issue. What followed was one of them lost a pair and needed a second pair. Now it doesn't connect at all. These fans look nice, are relatively quiet, and move quite a lot of air, but they're unreliable. We'll grit our teeth and replace them soon. I would NOT recommend these fans.
