Review on High-performance White Vinyl by 3M - Ideal for Multiple Applications by Michael Gonzales

This tape is not sticky enough. I'd say it's a bit stickier than cling film, but I'd offend cling film. I spent a few hours making sure this stuff wasn't sticking to anything and had to redo some parts of the floating floor because the liner shifted/crumpled/clumped. A complete waste of time. I have 3 other types (clear, silver and white) - ALL were better than these. White and silver also have some slight tack - I don't see why that's a design criterion for lining tape? -- but both were better than that. Personally, I was ready to pull out a roll of duct tape after trying to use this thing.
