I have previously used a Walmart code reader that someone stole from my garage. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise! This code reader used to be much more accurate. The "Help" button gives me a much better understanding of what the codes mean and has helped point me in the right direction to troubleshoot problems and get back on the road. It's great quality, feels solid in my hand, the cable is definitely long enough to sit in the car or even stand next to it, which is a nice change from the cheap reader I've used before. I really didn't expect it to be such a good reader for the price. Of course, there are two-way readers with learning systems that it doesn't have, but it's 1/5 the price and will help you solve your automotive problems. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member!
