I like that they give you an excellent customer service as well which is one thing i really appreciate in any business! They helped me out with my website design when it had gotten messy due to some previous clients who just didn't pay up after completion of work. Very professional people all around!! Just make sure your price range fits their budget too because there's no point having them help you if its going be way overpriced or something along those lines and thats not fair at least from both parties' perspective. Website redesign (website and logo) - everything was taken care off very professionally. The simplicity in terms of its process to integrate with our ERP system was very good. I also liked that their support staff were always available when required. There is nothing much i dislike about it currently but maybe if there's some improvements they can make then thats fine too! Great software which has helped us manage multiple vendors/suppliers as well as create customised reports using different filters.
