We have a light bulb of this brand and decided to buy a lamp for my daughter's room for the night. I was concerned that he would have a rather boring version; The lightbulbs are not dim enough to stay on all night without interrupting sleep. In any case, it can be dimmed very deeply without any problems and can also light up an entire room. It's nice that the controls are available in the app - the same app we already have for our lightbulbs. register in the app! Even after setup, it took several days to find, connect, and add this device to our account, and when it was finally added, we didn't do anything differently on day 3 than we did on day 1. I have no idea why it didn't connect the first time, and I don't know why it happened after all that was said and done. This interface looks completely different than our lightbulbs; it's not that user friendly. There are many more categories for the same thing that light bulbs offer. It is too hard. For example, if you want to dim lightbulbs, just move the slider on the home screen to the lowest level. With it, you have to navigate through multiple screens to make them darker or lighter. Basically it's not intuitive. I think that in itself is why I would say it wasn't the most pleasant experience. Otherwise it does what I wanted at a reasonable price. with a lot of time and adjustment.
