Power button hidden under the stand

It's nice to have two probes and it's pretty easy to set the temperature, but the power button hidden under the stand is a nuisance. I understand that if you wear it on a belt this is the Least Accessible place for an accidental trip, but it is the Least Accessible Place. It feels like they could find a better place for it. The only other key hidden this way is the C/F key, which makes sense to be hidden as it can be confusing to press and is a setting that only needs to be changed once. The power button, on the other hand, needs to be pressed twice every time you use the thermometer. annoys. The range is great too: I can easily use it on an outdoor grill and get temperature readings on the other side of the house. Saves a lot of trouble getting up to check the temperature. Very convenient.

Pros
  • Waterproof and easy to use
Cons
  • For the old
