I received a pair and one didn't work right away. This is understandable given that these are thin, very pliable wires that are tightly twisted and therefore prone to breakage. I'm not saying they are poor quality though, it's just the nature of this design. There was a phone number in the box for you to write down if you have any problems. I wrote and literally in 2 minutes they replied to me! It was about 5:30 p.m. CST. The response was an apology and an offer of a full refund or a free same day replacement. I chose a replacement because I like lights. Now it's the customer service that just can't keep up. Nearly immediate response from a US company to fix the issue with no questions asked or requests to return the defective device. If you buy some of these lamps, no matter who you buy them from, you could end up with a defective one.
