They're smaller than they look but great for what I used them for. I hung my quiver on the side of the gun cabinet. The hooks will easily hold a quiver of 4 arrows, they can carry much more weight than they can. The safe is not flat, it has texture. Freedom is certain, but still holds on. I bought these so I don't have to tape something to the side. But these hooks come with a round metal circle with glue on one side if you need to place them on wood for example. You can attach the circles to the tree and then use magnets to hold something.
