My 4-star rating is reflected not only in the brushes but also in the packaging. I think there was too much plastic used in the packaging. The brushes themselves are excellent as far as I can tell. I'm not an artist, I just like to do small projects in my free time. I wanted the brushes not to be so cheap that they would break and fall out, but also not too expensive and good quality for a beginner like me. The brushes are good, I like the feel and with proper care the brush tips have held their shape after use. I've used them for ink and they work well for that purpose. I would definitely recommend her.
