I open it, check it, and there is some dirt on one of the ear pads, as if someone cut their ears and then put this ear pad into them. Naturally, immediately return by courier. As a result, the store refused to exchange the headphones or return the cost. Arbitrage also failed to help. Reason: the quality of the goods was recognized as appropriate, and the integrity of the box was broken. Naturally, there is no question of reimbursement of the cost of the courier either. At the same time, after contacting the seller, it turned out that you can take the headphones back only through a courier, in no way personally. In short, I'm completely confused. I'm attaching a photo of someone's trimmed ears. Moral of the story: people, carefully open the boxes and carefully inspect the ear pads. It's kind of disgusting, damn it.
