Within 24 hours of purchasing these shoes, the outsole began to peel off and wear out very quickly. We contacted Asics directly and were told they were not eligible for the warranty program and would not replace the shoes as they were running out of replacement parts. They also did not offer a refund for their obviously faulty product. However, they offered a 25% discount on their next pair of shoes. It's been less than a month and we actually need to replace a pair of sneakers that should last at least 6 months. You can keep their 25% discount coupon code as I will definitely never buy this brand again, neither for my kids nor for myself.
