Review on Customizable Diabetes Medical Alert Tag With QR Code - Keychain For Important Medical Info And Secure Insulin Storage by Cheryl Fisher

Revainrating 5 out of 5

WOW - great product.

First, it's not an alarm, had one before didn't like it. I swim in a community pool and sometimes few people in the pool. It's the size of a quarter, and not flimsy. no buttons to push, scan the QR on the back.I bought the diabetic one, and I have several medical issues. First thing I typed call 911.Most people cannot help people in trouble, just call 911. Also, added husband name and number. I had plenty of room on the QR to add my photo and meds and a couple of my med problems. I wrote it all down on paper before I downloaded the info . I abbreviated in cases that I could. I've been admitted to ER a few times, and rarely do they have my correct meds/ doses, and recent med issues. ER's don't call your Dr if they could ever get them, til later if you're lucky And most ER staff can scan a QR code if I'm unconscienced. I had a question re: adding something, and within a few hours on a weekend, the company texted me with a solution. Great customer service. The life alerts are very valuable, but for using in the pool, it didn't help me. I love this product so much, I bought another set to use.

Pros
  • Size (diameter): 1.25 inches, weight: 0.4 ounces.
Cons
  • The keychain design may not be practical for all users, particularly those who already carry a lot of keys or who prefer to keep their medical alert information more discreet
