Perfect for my low carb version of cauliflower pasta! 1. Process a washed, raw, large head of cauliflower (this bowl of a food processor does quite a bit) with this blade for minutes, depending on your microwave. Do not overcook or the cauliflower will become soft. 3. Add a can of underheated alfredo sauce (I use Rao sauce) and lots of black pepper to the hot cauliflower. I especially like to add about a cup and a half of frozen sweet peas (they will thaw if added to hot cooked cauliflower), but that's optional. Mix everything and dinner is ready, best with a glass of white wine. Very tasty, made many times. This recipe makes for at least 4 people and leftovers keep well and can be reheated in the microwave. If you do it the way I recommend, with the exception of one large bowl, only the Cuisinart bowl, top, and blade need cleaning. I usually wash everything in the top rack of the dishwasher. I think this spatula is also good for cooking vegetables for soups. I've had no issues balancing the blade and highly recommend it.
