Great activity toy: car seat and stroller toy
I wouldn't call this a teething toy, it's more of an activity toy. My 13 month old loves dimples. and throws it. It keeps it busy without making a lot of noise so it's a good option when we need to go somewhere, it even has a small bracket on the side so you can attach it to a car seat or stroller.
