This is THE WORST TIME. The felt/loop for the Velcro will not stick to the sandpaper and will be lost. This creates two problems. First, when lost, it doesn't move (vibrate) its head as it should, so its effectiveness is reduced. Second, the edges of the "hook” part of the head are exposed, causing them to wear out and stop working / sticking / sticking to the loops, this can be seen in the corners and edges in the attached photo. The head was brand new and looked like this after using 2 sanding pads. I would NOT recommend them.
