Looks well built, but a couple design flaws keep it from a five star

I recently upgraded my iPad from and Air2 model to the new Pro 10.5. My previous case was a Sharkk keyboard case with an articulating screen. My major complaint with that case was the plastic became brittle around the edges and had cracked from removing the iPad. Not a major issue, but it played a role in my decision to get this case from Earto which is made from aluminum and hopefully won't have that same issue. The thing I liked most about my Sharkk case was the articulating screen. When I put my iPad in tablet mode, I don't want the keys to be showing on the back of the case. I've had some other keyboard cases, and that's how they do tablet mode, and I'm always worried that I'm going to break off a key or wear them out. The articulating screens are great for protecting they keys, and this Earto cases articulating screen works well. My only two complaints about this case are: 1) The case doesn't latch. This may not seem like an issue, but I'm concerned that it's going to eventually cause the screen to get marks on it because when carrying the pad the top portion is free to rotate. I've noticed it moving by about 1/4 to 1/2 inch at times and I think that as the case ages that motion will become more exaggerated. My last case had a simple latch on the front that you could release with two fingers and it kept it from moving like this one does; and 2) The case is too slippery. Don't get me wrong, the aluminum case looks super sleek and stylish, but when I'm sitting on the couch with the pad in my lap, if my legs are tilted even just a small amount, this case will slide right off my lap. Luckily its usually sliding towards my mid-section or off my lap onto the couch, but its frustrating, since I basically have to use two hands if I'm going to use it on my lap. If they could have used some sort of a non-slip coating on the bottom of the case it would have been nice, and I don't think it would have really detracted from the look of the case. So overall, I think this is a good case. I love the way it looks, and it functions great, I just think if they would make a couple tweaks to it it would be a truly great case .
