This is a really great accessory for the Nintendo Switch dock. It is very bright and has several different colors to choose from. It comes with two plates (protected by a blue tear-off) and a USB 3.0 adapter that plugs into the docking station for power. The only downside is that you have to use the dock's USB 3.0 port for power. That means you can't use a LAN adapter with it. This won't be a big deal for most, but it's something to watch out for when using a hardwired connection for your switch.
