I'm a 5ft 5in female with a normal sized head but plump apple cheeks (I always have trouble with glasses because the lenses hit my cheek when I laugh). I also wear glasses and tend to have neck problems. I had headaches from the original Quest 2 headset due to the weight it put on the front of my face - neither better nor worse if I took my glasses off or used the plastic goggle gaps Comes with original headphones. Bought and only used it for a few days but it's a big improvement. The weight is more balanced at the back of the head (it took a lot of fiddling to get the strap to the perfect spot where it balances the weight. So much easier) to adjust than the original headset straps. I use cpap for sleeping and want it to fit just like this headset. I had a construction problem. I watched the video and instructions and was completely stumped until I realized that between steps 2 and 3 you need to spin the wheel to release the straps from the sides so you can buckle on the adapters.
