Good for remote office workers!

I bought this to use - not in place of working out - but because I sit at a desk all day for work and work remotely.
I was looking for something that I could use while working to alleviate muscle aches from being sedentary. I've only been using this product for a couple days but I already feel as if it's working well, and I'm a little sore when I go to do my workout later on in the day - which is awesome! I find that I'm not feeling as achey and I feel like it almost prepares my muscles and me to do a workout later on.
