The mats are beautiful with red and purple. They fit perfectly in my regular baking trays. They are of excellent quality. I read negative reviews before I bought it. I almost didn't get them but I went with them because I needed a Christmas present and I liked the way they looked. I'm so glad I have her. Some reviews said the macaroons stick. Mine only stuck when undercooked. I found an excellent recipe at natashaskitchen that taught me how to make Portland Raspberry Macaroons. Her recipe said to let them cool before taking them out. When properly cooked and chilled, they peel off nicely. These rugs are perfect.
